That’s how I experienced the triple. I was with my camera crew here in LA loading a truck listening on my headphones. I stopped and said, “hold on, my team is about to lose the World Series”. They looked at my face, and saw as I started smiling, then laughing, and jumping. ❤️

Great memories. If you can ever dig up the KMOX tape for the Denkinger call in the I-70 World Series you will hear Sparky Anderson IMMEDIATELY say “He was out, Jack,” to Jack Buck. He could see it from the booth.
