Odin Sphere (PlayStation 2, Vanillaware, 2007)

Odin Sphere, Muramasa, and Dragon’s Crown. Vanillaware were the unsung heroes of the PS Vita and don’t get enough credit.

if youre planning on playing this do yourself a favor and play the leifthrasir remaster instead, combat is WAY better than the vanilla version and it also includes the original version if youre curious about the changes

Every game Vanillaware makes can be considered a work of art

This game was dope as hell but at a certain point it felt like I was stuck in a loop and had no clue how to actually finish the game

si puedes. juega la version de psvita. es muchisimo mejor

Still have it sealed 😅

@nomoredarts I have 3 copies. One for the PS2, One for the Ps4 and one is a collector that is sealed.

@NoSoloBits That's the way to go

These needs a PC port so baddddddd

odin sphere my beloved 😍

The need to get an HD version of Muramasa with the DLC on consoles. Dragons Crown was so fucking good, igf not a sequel,a new edition with more characters and some new levels and enemies ect would be awesome.

@vanillaware_boy when PC version?

kinda like princess crown for the saturn

The art is similar to 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim and Unicorn Overlord.

One of the best looking 2D games on the ps2, such a great game too

Uno de los juegos de nicho favoritos en PS2 y también se puede jugar en PS3, PS4 y PSVita.

We need more Vanillaware games on PC.

wait so is this technically successor to the saturn game?

So infuriating that this is not available on PC

Im playing the remake psvita version, but i played the original in my ps2 and its still my fav game ever, i love it so much

So hard?!

Man, I’d really like another Vanillaware game. They working on anything we know about?

Excelente juego, con matices. La versión de PS3 además de arreglar problemas de rendimiento hicieron un montón de cambios de jugabilidad.

Gotta play this

A masterpiece.

This looks really good but I'm guessing the game suffered the same fate as Xenosaga 3. Where it was released far to late into the life span of the PS2 to the point where the PS3 and 360 had already released. At that point it had killed any interest in the game.

We need the remaster to come to the newest consoles.
