Not only is she an online prozzy, she's not even correct. • Water is not free = Yes it is, unless its spring water in a restaurant, and it depends on the place, sometimes it's free. • Food portions are small = again, depends where you go to eat. • You have to use your legs to transport = Or a cab, train, bus, car.
