When I was I college I bartended at a club.A certain similar group came in ordered champagne and strawberries and all this stuff. I was catering to them. The head bartender said “Don’t waste your time, they aren’t going to tip you” I didn’t listen, worked my ass off, he was right

A very dear friend does Uber Eats, and she's learned over the years of doing it that blacks typically will tip a dollar or two. They'll spend the money on the app, pay the "delivery fees" which go to Uber, pay the taxes and what not, but not the person who keeps them at home.

I'll be honest, I'd rather hang with them, than a group of people telling me about their new golfclub and how they saved money on their taxes last year 😄

These people paid for this excursion are entertaining themselves and having a good time. How do you know they didn’t tip? Did anyone bother to see how it ended? Tipping has become so overrated that people expect it because you showed up good service or not.
