Confidence didn’t come first for me… DISCIPLINE did. People see the confidence now… but what they don’t see are the days I was tired, overwhelmed, unmotivated, doubting myself and still showed up anyway. Because truthfully? I don’t wake up feeling motivated every single day. I don’t always feel “on.” I don’t always feel like training. But I made a decision a long time ago that my feelings don’t get to dictate my future. THAT is where confidence is built. Every workout you finish when you wanted to quit. Every promise you keep to yourself. Every time you choose growth over comfort. Every rep. Every early morning. Every hard season. That’s how you build a strong body, and an even stronger mindset. Confidence is earned through consistency. Discipline changes everything. STAY THE COURSE. 🖤 🦾𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐮𝐩 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 & 𝐩𝐡𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲, 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 @nemfit 👉🏽𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘: 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞.𝐜𝐨𝐦 #NEMFIT #NatalieEvaMarie #Discipline #Confidence #FitnessMotivation

The creativity behind Dimzy’s Grouchism concept is cold 🔥 Turning “grouch” into a whole character, mood and world of its own, humanising that moody, unfazed and making it feel like a proper identity for the project. Visually, it’s mad certi too. Cold concept, cold execution 💥

Not attractive to women, at ANY age: 🆇 Guy who’s depressed 🆇 Guy beaten down by life 🆇 Guy who’s let himself go 🆇 Guy who lacks confidence 🆇 Guy who lacks vitality Conversely, attractive to women at EVERY age: ✅ Guy who’s optimistic ✅ Guy who’s victorious at life ✅ Guy who’s kept himself in-shape ✅ Guy who’s filled with confidence ✅ Guy who’s brimming with vitality It is not AGE women are looking at when they decide how ‘youthful’ or ‘sexy’ a guy is. They are examining his ENERGY. You can have great, attractive energy when young, and you can have it when you’re older. You can have off-putting, repulsive energy when young, and you can have it when you’re older. Cultivate the right ENERGY, and you will attract women regardless your age.

Popping pimples can turn a small breakout into a lasting skin problem! That satisfying “pop” may feel like a quick fix, but squeezing acne can push inflammation deeper, increase the risk of infection, and leave permanent scars or dark marks. Here are 5 reasons to keep your fingers off your face: 1. IT CAN MAKE THE PIMPLE BIGGER

Ancient Greek fashion suddenly getting a runway moment is exactly why Grok Imagine is fun. You can take one idea: Greek temple. Marble pillars. Warm light. Models in flowing ancient-inspired gowns. Gold details. Mythology energy. And Grok Imagine can turn it into a cinematic fashion world in seconds. Opening a fashion door into any era feels like magic. Grok xAI Grok Imagine / Writer: Annette, Grok Imagine Designer: Janné

You might think sitting all day saves energy, but it backfires! The less you move, the more tired you become. A University of Georgia study found that sedentary people who started engaging in regular low-intensity exercise increased their energy levels by 20% and reduced fatigue by 65%. Exercise doesn’t drain your energy; it jumpstarts it. Get moving and feel the difference! 💪 Source: Psychother Psychosom. 2008;77(3):167-174. doi:10.1159/000116610 . #Fitness #Exercise #EnergyBoost

Smart and sustainable: At #IAA23, we offered a glimpse into 'bidirectional charging' for #EVs. This means electric cars can not only be charged, but also serve as a power source, storing electricity and giving it back to the home, and even back to the energy grid. #SmartCharging

Tom Holland on his wife Zendaya: “When I saw the script and watched Zendaya being touched in that scene, I felt angry. But at the end of the day, it’s just a movie. I told her I’d rather she didn’t do scenes like that again because if the roles were reversed, she might feel the same way or even worse. I chose not to overreact and instead respect her, and I hope she can reciprocate that same energy.”

The unplanned laugh from Willem Dafoe that genuinely terrified Tom Holland. During the hallway fight scene, Dafoe's maniacal, fully improvised laugh caught Tom Holland and much of the crew off guard. According to Dafoe himself, the goal was to turn the moment into a psychological battle, making every expression from the Green Goblin feel like a real threat. #spiderman

I see a lot of people commenting without even reading the caption or checking who I am. I’m a professional stunt rider, a movie stunt double and a content creator. I play characters, I create staged scenes because that is literally my job. Everything is planned, supervised and controlled. But even with all that, some people still rush into the comments to throw insults without understanding what they’re actually watching. Before getting angry, judging or making accusations, take a few seconds to look into what you’re seeing. It avoids a lot of unfairness and it shows respect for the people who spend time and energy creating entertaining content. And everything here is real work. It’s real riding, real effort and hours of preparation. There is never any artificial intelligence in my videos. I don’t blame anyone, but I kindly remind you to be careful with what you think you’re seeing before judging, because reality is not always what it looks like.

Once you have lived in a body that struggled to walk, climb stairs, and get up off the floor, a little (or a lot) of jiggle feels like freedom. I’m just grateful every day that I can move and have more energy at 44 than I ever did when I was 28! #looseskin #weightloss #loveyourself

🌈☁️ THE CLOUD THAT WORE A RAINBOW CROWN 📍 Tampa Bay Causeway, Florida A rare iridescent glow formed on the edge of this towering storm cloud — created when tiny droplets and ice crystals bend sunlight into a rainbow rim. 🌈✨ It usually lasts only seconds… but this one stayed long enough to make the sky look unreal. Below it, a classic Florida thunderhead kept rising, fed by warm ocean air while the causeway stayed calm and the water stayed dark. For a moment, it didn’t look like weather… it looked like a scene. 🌈☁️✨

The thing I love most after enlistment is how Jimin’s light isn’t just bright. It’s the brightest it has ever been. There’s a glow to him, a quiet radiance with that warm aura you can feel in his smile and those soft giggles. Like I said in my post, he looks freer. I’ve been a Jimin bias for a long time, from the very beginning, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen him shine quite like this. I keep going through old memories because this version of him carries pieces of every era I fell in love with. Maybe it’s simply been too long since we’ve seen him like this. Maybe I’m overwhelmed and grateful that he’s truly back. Maybe. Maybe not. But something about him now tells me he’s okay. He feels more grounded, more secure in himself, standing in a place that feels steady under him. His confidence is quiet but unmistakably real. And just to be clear, it’s not that he lacked confidence at any point in the last ten years. He always had it. What I mean is that this Jimin… it’s a different kind. It's a“He doesn’t give a fuck” kind of confidence, the type that comes from knowing himself completely and choosing to live in that freedom. Every single thing about him right now is just beautiful. The way he moves, the way he laughs, the way he carries this calm, freeing aura. It makes me happy… genuinely and deeply happy to witness this version of him.

🔥🚨DEVELOPING: This interracial couple is going viral after this wife explained the ways she serves her husband and even gets on her knees to tie his shoes. This had led to a massive discussion about what a woman should and shouldn’t do for her man. Wife: “Stimulate his EGO! Men are wired to lead, provide, & feel needed. When a man feels admired, respected, and trusted — he steps into his full masculine power. We have a feminine superpower that activates that masculine energy! It’s not control, aggression or manipulation it’s submission in confidence! When I soften, let him lead, & make him feel like my security in all ways.. He desires to pour into me emotionally, financially, & spiritually! He wants to give me the world! Men arent naturally stimulated to provide for a hard, masculine, “hyper independent” woman! He works all day.. so when he comes home, I make sure he’s reminded exactly who he is in OUR WORLD! I send him off like a king, and I greet him like one returning from battle. 👑 Submission isn’t weakness. It’s strength, it strategy & It’s feminine energy mastered!”
