What a scumbag. It is the reason people are sick and tired of the bad cops. They ruin it for the thousands of good ones. In the navy, one drop of hydraulic fluid can ruin thousands of gallons of fresh water. The same applies to this. One bad cop ruins it for the rest. Shameful.
