The easiest thing to arrest someone over when you know you are wrong for doing the initial one. Is obstruction. Just for the person to win in court, the officer to lose his job in the force in that area and get hired in a new one just to do it there. LOL

If he was truly innocent he would not have been placed in cuffs and taken to jail. They just would have questioned him, he would have cooperated, and he would have been sent back on his way.
