What do you mean appealing for information? What else do you require? You literally have the entire incident on camera. The driver of the BMW is at fault! You aren’t supposed to cut corners! He clearly wasn’t paying attention either! Case closed!

We need evidence of an offence being committed

Update: Further investigations concluded that the cyclist had voted for Brexit, as well as once paying to see comedian Jim Davidson, and so was jailed for 3 years and 2 days. Thank you

The car cut the corner and into part of the next lane. Clearly at fault here is the driver.

After watching this 247.6 times, my judgement is that the cyclist is clearly at fault. He has no flashing lights, no hi-viz and he's wearing lycra.

Remember: It's always the cyclists fault, that is rule number one.

Can @sandford_police explain how a car on the wrong side of the road is judged as “completing a legal right turn”? I’m a driver and I would call that lazy, dangerous and illegal turning!

Drunk driving horror on Indiranagar 100 Ft Road: Speeding car jumps divider, narrow escape for four Bengaluru witnessed a deadly late-night road accident on the busy Indiranagar 100 Feet Road, where a speeding car jumped the road divider and crashed near a hotel, narrowly missing a group of youngsters. The shocking incident, which looked straight out of a movie scene, was captured on CCTV. The accident took place on Thursday night at around 11:34 pm. According to initial information, a Skoda car came at high speed from Indiranagar 18th Main Road and was supposed to take a left turn towards the Domlur Flyover. However, due to drunk driving, the car failed to turn and instead went straight, hit the divider, flew across the 100 Feet Road, and crashed near a hotel. At the time of the crash, a group of young men and women had just finished dinner and were standing outside the hotel. Hearing the loud sound of the car hitting the divider, they instinctively ran away, which saved their lives. Even a slight delay could have resulted in the death of at least four people, police said. Investigations revealed that the car owner himself was driving the vehicle at the time of the accident. Earlier in the night, the owner and the driver had gone to a party together, where both consumed alcohol. Later, in an intoxicated state, the owner took the car from the driver and began driving himself. Due to excessive speed and loss of control caused by alcohol, the car rammed into the divider and crashed violently. The impact and sequence of events have been clearly recorded on nearby CCTV cameras, showing how close the accident came to turning fatal. Karnataka State Police S.
