I had to watch the video four or five times, then I had to look in the comments to see what the big deal was. The gun seems perfectly normal to me I guess.

The comments handled this one 100% 🔥

Yeah, he should be running a 5-3 reduction hose and crank that pump up. Also, no rebar or mesh in the slab. (Could be fibers in the mix but still not a substitute) also, nice piece.

Lot to unpack here

This

I'll take the twins 💯🔥🤘😎

Like Tomb Raider 💯

You know it 🔥🔥🔥

Why no rebar

There is no good answer

Got to stay strapped when your pouring concrete, someone can run up on you.

Or bagging groceries 💯

our grocery store security here are strapped.

Disclaimer: Not a concrete guy. Guy running the pump is strapped Form boards being buried in the pour Not a stick of rebar in sight What else am I missing.

Leaving out the steel re-bar may save money, but the slab will be garbage in a year.

Smart. The gun is for showing the customer how strong the concrete is once it sets.

So many levels of representation available

Well, yall wanna know how they are throwing these houses up so fast and for so cheap. Dont add rebar…. Who needs structural stability in a concrete slab. And let’s leave the grade beams out. I’m sure that loose gravel under it will keep it nice and stable for decades….

Removing the support board.. no bueno amigo.. 🤣 rekt we leave it mang

🤣

Back when I drove concrete trucks. The most notorious people were Samoans. For example, on one job they did the rebar for a driveway, took pictures of it, picked up the rebar and moved it to the next driveway and started pouring the first 1.

Uh. Not something I saw every day at work. There were always guns on the job, you just didn't see them.

@BagleyConan The world I still live in 💯

No mesh but we saved heaps $

How the dance goes when there ain't no eyes

Don’t want to trip over that pesky REO 🤣

😎🤘💀

I had to come for the comments. People are strapped here all the time so I was completely lost 😵💫

There's a few things going on here 100%

I liked the kicking form

Job site safety is at a new level. 💙

He's comfortable

You guys all worried about and commenting on the gun, and I'm over here wondering why theres wet concrete on both sides of the 2x forms I get pouring in sections but isn't it customary to remove the forms after the pour sets before pouring the next section?

Dude had an experience that he didn’t appreciate, so now he ensures that he will not have any more of those experiences.

"appreciate my half-ass work or get dealt with" I'm picking up the same vibes bro

They didn’t compact the crush! Why!!!!??????

That's where it starts 🤷

Wearing an Alaska sweatshirt. It's bear protection.

No wire? Or a Glock, to me the lack of reinforcement is much more important.

Stay strapped but everything else is wrong 💯

Working in south compton.. 😂

Many neighborhoods in Orlando are not much different

A black guy working???

Packin heat and pumpin crete

Where’s the steel?

Everyone talking about the gun, but where’s the rebar or mesh

Well… I don’t see rebar… which is kind weird… I’ve only laid a bit of concrete but we always used rebar is there a new technique?

I see cracks in his future….. no rebar

And didn't pack the gravel first.. looks WAY too loose..

I know what I don't see.

Better start screeding or he gonna pop a cap in yo ass.

Its gonna look amazing 😂

Rebar? Did we really need that?

Everyone looking at the strap, but no one commenting on the lack of rebar on this giant slab?

Not a concrete person but have GC'd spec homes. This is an elevated floor not foundation. Most likely it's fiber reinforced LWC (lightweight concrete). No need for mesh or rebar. Prove me wrong. Open carry on the job site 🤣 Nobody taking that man's lunch that is for sure.

Safest crew in town

They ready for it

In this day and age.. who can blame em
