Cell phone towers are military grade weapons operating far beyond their safety parameters Biological effects are witnessed at 3.4 micro-watts per square meter yet, they often operate at 1,000 (1:50) Tower readings in parking lot (3:16) Brain cancer, fatigue, depression, etc (7:05) Microwave oven vs Cell phone tower Towers near you:

Here's the truth for those not wanting to dig... Radiation Exposure Microwaves use non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation to heat food, which is different from ionizing radiation (like X-rays or gamma rays) that can damage DNA and cause serious health issues. The frequency of microwave radiation is low, designed to agitate water molecules and generate heat. Decades of research, including studies from organizations like the FDA and WHO, show no consistent evidence that microwave ovens pose a health risk from radiation when functioning correctly. There’s also no credible evidence linking microwaves to cancer. The non-ionizing radiation they emit lacks the energy to break DNA, unlike UV or gamma rays. Claims about microwaves "zapping nutrients" or creating "toxic compounds" in food often come from misinterpretations of studies or outright misinformation. For example, a 2019 analysis in Food Chemistry found that microwaving preserves nutrients like vitamins C and B better than boiling in many cases, though overcooking in any method can degrade nutrients. Food Safety Microwaves can pose risks if not used correctly. Uneven heating is a big one, microwaves heat food in spots, which can leave cold patches where bacteria survive. This is why stirring food and letting it sit for a minute (to distribute heat) is recommended. Superheating liquids is another issue; water can exceed 100°C without boiling in a microwave, then erupt when disturbed, causing burns. Using microwave-safe containers is also critical, plastic containers not labeled as such can leach chemicals like BPA into food when heated, though the health impact of this is debated and depends on exposure levels. Practical Tips Use microwave-safe containers: Glass, ceramic, or labeled plastics. Avoid metal or aluminum foil unless your microwave has a specific setting for it. Check for damage: If the door or seal looks compromised, don’t use the microwave until it’s fixed. Follow instructions: Cover food with a microwave-safe lid or wrap to trap steam and heat evenly, and use recommended power settings. Avoid superheating: Don’t overheat liquids, and add a spoon or stir stick to prevent explosive boiling.

Microwave water then let it cool and water plants with it. Plants will die.

microwaving your food literally kills all the nutrients, its dead calories ontop of the radiation you're eating... anyone that hasn't known this needs to wake up

Got rid of ours 10+ years ago and never looked back. I try to avoid any food cooked in one as well. It's amazing how much less you consume when you actually have to cook the food as well.
