Pop just means popular music, not necessarily a specific genre. So if it's popular for a wide audience it's popular agnostic of genre. Simple.

Absolutely, the Grammys have been riding the backs of giants for decades. The issue is bigger than BTS but BTS have made possibilities bigger! I truly hope their commendable actions create the long term change needed. Even if that means the decentering of the qwhite white Grammys

NAS showed up at BTS METLIFE concert last night. That is clearly the biggest shot at the Grammys. The GOAT of GOATS, & RM's biggest inspiration for rap - hip hop, is there to support him. If you know how Grammys treated NAS,you know this is huge. BTS shattered the glass ceiling.
