During one of my courses in the Marine Corps we got thrown into a large room after a 6 mile ruck run with strobe lights going off and this audio on full blast on a loop. We then proceeded to get smoked while we rotated between hit workouts, grappling bouts, and boxing bouts for about an hour straight with basically no break. This audio is forever ingrained in my mind. Great times.
