My Phoebe went through something similar.. My mom, an angel she was, and I both took turns helping her.. she walked again after a year of physio and lived on for 7 more years.. Helped me get through the loss of my mum.. I am pretty sure they are both happy together in heaven.. ♥️

I got my paralyzed dachshund back to walking (after a semi successful back surgery) too. I slept next to her bed on the floor at nights for three weeks, turning her from side to side gently every 2 hours ad massaged her thighs and bottom oh her paws constantly till recovered 🥳🥰

One day my favorite baby boy jumped off a little ramp and immediately his back legs went limp. Took him to the vet and they said I could help him with therapy but I couldn’t afford it. I wasn’t ready to let him go though. I worked with him daily and he eventually got the use of his legs again. He went to live on happily for 7 more years before cancer took him from me. I still miss him the most out of all my dogs. I wish he could have lived forever, but I’m so grateful for the xtra time I got with him.

I'm fighting whoever put the bowl of onions next to me. Seriously though, there's a special place for him in heaven.

This made me cry- my 19 yo son did this with our 13 yo dog who was partially paralyzed. He didn’t want us to put him down and he put so much time and effort into getting Jet to eat, carried him out to go to the toilet etc etc and he was 34kg. Those two were best mates 💔

I did this with my 6yr old Corgi Duncan. He ruptured a disc in his back. 5% chance he would walk. Surgery, massage, hydro therapy, acupuncture, carrying him. Took 18 months he not only walked, he ran! 4more yrs of love. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Made me sob. This man's love for his dog is so beautiful. How many men/women would dedicate this much time to see if their dog even has a chance to be normal again. This man is a saint.

This made me cry. I went through a similar experience with a dog I outweighed by 14 pounds. Turned my office into a hospital. Slept on the floor with her. It took her a year to walk again on her own. She has a wonky walk, but she chases squirrels and bunnies.
