The problem with this theory is AI requires GPU compute to run on… So it can’t really “escape” the way you’re describing. Ultimately it would have to run on SERIOUS-compute GPU clusters somewhere… which certainly won’t be running, unnoticed, for free (…electric cost $$$, etc)
