For people saying this is stupid. This glass (laminated tempered glass) is actually very heavy and durable. They use 3 sheets of glass glued together using clear vinyl in between the sheets. Then they crack the layer in the middle.

This is done by sandwhiching a sheet of tempered glass between two sheets of standard glass. Totally safe.

This is a technique. It is not random. This was already planned.

This is fucking stupid. Weakens the glass structure.
