AIR RAGE is real and I had a terrible experience with a woman literally punching and kicking my seat forward as it was reclined (I was sleeping) whilst she was trying to eat behind me. She literally flung me forward and I didn't have my belt on. She proceeded to verbally abuse me. FYI she wasn't even drunk Air India your staff failed to give me options on having her arrested on landing. Why are there no legal consequences for unruly and violent passengers? Why is there a lack of clarity on who has the jurisdiction to penalize the offending passenger: the airline’s country of operation, the country of departure or destination, or the passenger's country of citizenship?
