They need her DOB because they don’t want to arrest the wrong person? They have her license plate, registered with DMV, from which they can get her DL info to include DOB, no? That’s all so quaint in this day of sweeping brown people off the streets 🙄

Locking mailbox, fence in the front yard, put a black outdoor curtain on the side of the deck, shine a bright ass light from her deck into that ladies room where the tv sound is coming from.

Messing with the us mail is a federal crime if she has video of the old lady doing this she should file a complaint with the US Postal Inspection Service. If the camera doesn’t catch her doing this then install new one to catch her doing it. The USPS take this very seriously.
