Fan interactions (until yesterday I had never heard a bad experience before) with Miley Cyrus have been positive and I do not hope people will see her as someone who has always been ignoring fans, that's not true. Her getting called out for this behavior is justified though.

literally some of Miley's biggest fans (the ones not ass-kissing) are shocked at how this 20 minute livestream/signing went. that should say enough. still really disappointing though.

so apparently Miley Cyrus is the reason that pictures were allowed in the first place and this signing event (including the vinyl) was free for the lucky 100 fans and funded by Miley.

Go to any of the other signings at RT, HMV etc and you won’t see this, she isn’t above paying her fans some respect.
