@taadelodun We consciously rush through interviews because we feel desperate that’s why most people flop, overthink and ummm. I’ve killed many interviews and most of them was when I already have a job. I was just chilling, talking, no filler words, confidence was high up.

My method was I would read the thesaurus and find more common words that associated with the word that I’m using so essentially get familiar with a lot of synonyms

The best way to not say uhm is instead of saying uhm just take a short pause “uhm” is you basically letting someone know you’re still gathering your thoughts just take 2-3 seconds to gather your thoughts without using uhm as a filler for your thoughts
