Don't count your minutes. Make your minutes count. "If you get 2 minutes, be as good as you can be in your two minutes. Don't pout about your 2 minutes. Show the coach in your 2 minutes you make good decisions-then you get 4-now you get 8. You have to have the right mindset."

With Carlos Mendoza out in Queens, it appears several movable players could be next. "Even if they play a little bit better, but it's still not good enough, they're going to have to make some trades," says Ken Rosenthal.

Don’t let perfect be the enemy of good enough. When it comes to working out sometimes all you need is a few minutes if you use that the right way with intensity and going beyond what you did last time. This is the concept of progressive overload and this is what you need to make progress in the gym. you don’t need two hours of workouts that completely drains you in order to make progress and be healthy. in fact, some of my best workouts arrive when I’m on a time crunch and the quality and intensity and effort of the exercise exercises have to be on point.

In Romans 12, it says, “Never overcome evil with evil. But overcome evil with good.” If you’ll be good to those who were not good to you, you are passing the test. This is not easy, but you have the grace to do it. Listen to this message from Joel! "Trusted with Power":

Billionaire Rick Caruso reveals the secret formula to become wealthy “Three things. I think you have to have a skill set that's very good, you have to be able to work hard and sacrifice, and you have to have integrity. If you have the first two without the last one, you'll be successful but ultimately you'll be miserable and fail” “Don't do business with bad people, you'll never make a good deal”

James Moore's advice for Pierre Poilievre: "I think when you're going to be contesting for the prime ministership in '28 or '29, being a statesman in '26 will be accretive to you in '28-'29. Just be a good guy now. You don't have to throw a rock. You don't have to be always on the attack."

This lady lives across the street from this. Her neighbors park two tow trucks in the driveway, a moving truck in front of the house and a pickup truck on the street the next house over. Surprisingly they live in an HOA but the HOA refuses to do anything about it. Would you be good with this? Would you just let it be? Or, would you complain to the city?

"If he would like to be a defensive coordinator in 2026, I would like the Browns to play hardball on this. Why do you have to be the good guy in every scenario? They should play hardball." 🚨 Nick Wilson and Jonathan Peterlin on how the #Browns should handle Jim Schwartz's resignation

Hasan shows up in Nmplol's chat after Nmp discussed wanting to collab while in LA "I know ppl don't like Hasan, ppl don't like Asmon and u guys have ur reasons..but..they've been just so unbelievably nice to me" "How about this to make everyone happy..we will stream with Hasan, then when I get back, we will stream with Asmon and if that's not good enough, I will call Destiny and see if he wants to come on the pod" "I would love to do a collab with Zack, he's the one ducking" - Hasan "Tbf Asmon doesn't really do collabs with anybody..maybe in the future, y'all can do a collab but does it have to be a debate? Like just don't address the elephant in the room..does it have to be political?"

Nikola Jovic on his lack of playing time 👀 “You feel like you’re good enough for the team to help then all the sudden you’re on the bench and feel like you’ll never see the floor again. It’s just the way the Heat is I guess. You have to be good every night for them to continue playing you. In minutes I have I got to be perfect to get consistent minutes and if I don’t I’m just going to be at the end of the bench I guess”

"Shedeur should not be on this team next year. He's not good enough to be the starter and this organization is not stable and mature enough to have him as a backup... I think he's a really good kid it's just the nonsense that comes with it." 📞Jason Lloyd on Shedeur Sanders👀

First look at the new Overload play style. This was against the Legend AI Inter Milan team that was using Out Wide in a 3-1-4-2 setup. It definitely feels like a more upgraded version of Possession Game and you do get a lot of options showing for the ball making it way easier to deal with opponents who like to Pressure spam. Out Wide will definitely be a HARD COUNTER to Overload so be careful if you are using Overload and you run into someone like Xabi Alonso who has Quick Counter and Out Wide because if you lose the ball you will be at a big disadvantage when the inevitable cross field switch comes. We will have to see how it settles after a few weeks but it is best to play in a formation with LMFs or RMFs so you can switch the play against Overload if you do win the ball back so you don’t get instantly suffocated and lose the ball.

Jordi: Even if you believe in the permanent underclass meme, trying to become rich in two months is going to make you do things that are not super productive, and not super enduring. "I think young people just need to get that concept out of their heads. You don't need to be thinking on 10-, 20-, 30-year time horizons, like you would with a legacy career..." "[But you should] think in 3- and 5-year time horizons. And not have this insane scarcity mindset. You're just not going to do very good work."
