First, You can know this is part of plan by Laws and Orders and how this sets up the finale. Turkey also carries out airstrikes (usually the bigger ones you see on videos) where Turkey assumes the HPG to have tunnels and/or fortified positions (dug into the the mountains) This ambush on HPG fighters in a village is not something we haven’t seen before but it is definitely not a regular occurrence. This does not mean that Turkey has superior surveillance or intelligence; this simply means that someone in that village has informed the Turkish military about the presence of these 3 fighters. Turkey offers monetary compensation for anyone who provides intel to them. That’s it. HPG has vowed to retaliate against those who provided the intel and the Turkish military. Video is from roughly an hour ago (Amedi region), HPG attack against the Turkish military.
