People blame third parties for their lack of success not realizing the lawfare that Dems and the GOP use to suppress them.

I’m a write in for the US Senate in Ohio. Dems and republicans only needed 1,000 signatures. Independents need 5,000 signatures. No Green Party status meant we had to run independent and we missed the threshold. We filed for write in, then sued the state. Lost federal court

This is insane - have they ever done anything this brazen on General Election Day that you know of before?

It's illegal to not count votes even write ins. If I write in Mickey mouse, they have to count it.

Pretty sure her name was on ballot when I voted 2 weeks ago.

It’s still on the ballot. They wrote a note at every station that any vote for her will not be counted

Jill Stein needs to immediately challenge the Ohio Board of Elections, insist that votes for Harris also not be counted because of the same reason, & sue the state of Ohio if they don't apply the same rules to the Democratic Party.

Democrats so scared

I did absentee ballot. The actually sent me a second ballot with a note saying that the Green vote wouldn't be counted. I voted for Dr. Stein on the ballot anyway. I *really* wish the Ohio Greens were being more vocal about this, though. I found out about this by accident.

@21WIRE It’s all fake it’s an oligarchy not a democracy
