Ohio State isn’t viewing the Michigan rivalry correctly

Michigan has figured out that Ryan Day Ohio State teams don't like bully ball.

You’re not wrong. Ohio state tried to out Michigan them instead of just playing their game. It was the worst play calling I’ve ever seen.

Ohio state wants to prove they’re “tougher” then Michigan and wants to use the 3 yards and a cloud of dust offense. Instead of playing to their strengths which is the perimeter

Almost feels like Ryan Day has a script he’s been waiting to say in the post-game on-field interview (about toughness) since 2021. He’s managing The Game for that fantasy sound byte and trying to win a very particular (“tough”) way instead of just aiming to win. IMO.

Its time for change.

Ryan day suffers from not being urban Meyer

That pitch to weak contact analogy was elite.

It is the rabid fanbase. I'm not talking about your average fan as 80+% of them are fine. I'm talking about the 24/7 OSU twitter account podcast types with large follower bases. Most, not all, target and harass these poor players after a poor performance, when they hit portal, etc. You don't think the athletes see those wild and vile takes? They know damn well they could be in the crosshair at any given moment and a lot of those posts do numbers and are spread about twitter like wildfire. Sadly, I see them all the time. These guys give blood sweat and tears to the program and one bad moment, game, or decision and they are just a target and Twitter fodder.

i’d walk into exams paralyzed with the fear of failing them so much so that it just became a self-fulfilling prophecy. Eventually, I decided I’m still gonna work just as hard but will walk in there w/o any fear of failure. If I have to retake, so what? GPA skyrocketed instantly
