Ohio State twitter would lose their minds if we had a game like this. NC State was ranked #24 though.

Yea people lost their minds only to realize later that Phillip Rivers was really good Same thing happened Khalil Mack went nuts when he played for Buffalo

I was there, that day was 179 degrees outside

I was at this game. Glad they pulled it out but that NC State team was legit.

Phillip rivers was great

Ohio State twitter SUCKS

was that will allen who made the goal line game winning stop?

Can we please go back to grass?

I remember that game well. Felt like most of Tressel’s games were like this.

Craig Krenzel 🏆

that was my first ever game at the shoe

There is potential for a game or 2 like it this season. The schedule is pretty tough.

I was in the stands losing my mind, and if I’m correct had a similar game the next week

Was at this game. First OT game in the Shoe. Crazy game.

Will Allen!!

Pull up a 2023 game it’s basically ts

Phillip Rivers throwing to Jericho Cotchery

I was at that game. I thought Phillip Rivers reminded me of Bernie Kosar.

Watched at what was then Jack Sullivan’s on Clybourn…

@grok what did NC State final record and rank that year?

Philip Rivers man

Phillip Rivers and Mario Williams (freshman though he may have been) is a hell of a talent core for an NC State level team though ,(although we may have not realized that at the time, Khalil Mack style)

I remember watching that game live, those two games against NC State made me lose 10 years off my life

Was at that game. C deck was like the surface of the sun.

nc st was legit those years

Well ya.

I remember, NC State had first and goal inside the 10 in the last OT and ran two QB sneaks from like the 8 yard line. Lost the game because of that...worst series of calls i've ever seen

My first OSU game too. Just moved back to OH from NC and hosted NCST friends for the weekend

It was a billion degrees that day

Phillip Rivers…all you need to say

Rivers was no slouch!

Can confirm. I was losing my mind
