Latest update is, The school principal has now officially joined BJP. Is this to save himself and his school so that administration doesn't take any action against him and his school? Soon after the video went viral, A three-member committee constituted on the orders of the District Magistrate. The investigation committee has admitted that the principal used inappropriate language with the student and his mother. But till now no action has been taken by the administration against the principal or the school or the owner of the school.

The lawsuit was filed against Clark County School District in Nevada. The complaint claims that the student “came home from school with a swastika physically carved into his back and the service dog bag was broken and re-sewn. Joseph Fredo, newly a graduate of Newington Public Schools, listed off a number of areas earlier this month where he feels he and his classmates were let down. He specifically highlighted a poor math department, "useless" science assignments and "bureaucracy" in the district. "I worry about the lack of knowledge, social skills, problem solving and human decency that I see among my peers," he said. Fredo also called out the Newington school board over a "clear gap" in students' math performances. "Lowering standards, folks. That's what it is," he told the board. "Private schools aren't doing this."

McKinney ISD, Texas - In 2023, Parents in McKinney wanted answers from school district officials about a “runaway” bus driver incident that prompted a lawsuit against McKinney Independent School District. The driver went 20 miles off course and had several felonies and 5 aliases. Parents still don’t have answers. However, the school board has decided to make a mockery of this incident. This is unacceptable treatment of a parent and grandfather. Kyle Sims (Testimony in first video) is a fighter for children and has spent his time exposing the sexualization of children in McKinney ISD schools. The McKinney ISD School Board, specifically VP Amy Dankel and board member Stephanie O’dell can be heard laughing and joking in an obvious reference to Kyle’s moving testimony.
