hi! security researcher here. yes, websites and images can hack you if someone spends enough effort on it with a zero-day vulnerability. its likely not going to hit a random streamer thoguh

Some programmers change/add bits to an image which, when downloaded, will give them access to your PC via a backdoor. Those bits usually get compressed so that it doesn't take much space. You can do your own research on this, but do not download or open random links.
