Use Dawn dish soap and water in a spray bottle. Dawn strips the oil from their carapace. That oil is used by them to breath.

just needed to catch one ..Theres a very effective method some do here you catch one alive, put her in a can with poison, a type white powder, dunno the name and shake it make her all white set it free she’ll go back to the nest and kill everybody

Gasoline works good. I would not recommend spraying Gasoline on your house. Too big of a fire hazard.

Amazon has a hornet spray that kills them

I've done that but with the shop vac that you can't see through... I put the VAC in a place that they go into a little hole and every time one would go in it would suck it up...

You piped it into your house that's crazy. Just leaving inch of soap on the bottom of that container so they die. Don't keep em alive now. u have to kill them somehow
