Ok I’m here to save golf and solve the slow play problem… it’s been around for 400 years but it still isn’t a sport (we’re tied with chess). We should eliminate practice swings and backing off of shots. It should be a 2 stroke penalty. You’re welcome.

When I played (poorly) in high school, if our home course manager saw you take a practice swing he ran out and yelled at you. Other than chipping, I haven’t taken one since 1983. I’m terrible, so take that with a grain of salt.
