DPS players are never the ones to swap from my experience - the ownus is always on everyone else and I say that as a dive and support main who flexes

I guess cause it’s a new genre to many, no one checks the team comp until it’s too late, and many ppl lose just off the draft alone. No one analyzing if the support picks chosen can actually help the tank, or keep dps alive, or protect from dive / high pressure / stall / etc.

Ppl understand it a little.. eg. “Spidey counter Ultron. Wolverine counter Groot. etc..” but supports don’t think about direct vs. area healing and who it helps/hurts, tanks don’t think about diving struggles on convoy defense vs attack, etc. 🫠

I remember playing Emma in a qp game. This was before the team ups and stuff. My backline was...Adam and Mantis against triple support, server admin jean. it was...not fun

Yeah, have her loaded but I haven't played her in a while

In my opinion, use her and save your push and double jump for any diver that’s near you. Also, u would have to focus less on the battle/healing and moreso keep eyes on all enemies at all ties.. so u see the dive before it happens.

I be tellin ppl tht shit healers suppose to ENABLE their own team AND be able to counter other team on the fly it’ll be basic shit like: If ur team high mobility = go healer tht doesn’t have to aim enemy team has high dmg = healers with higher healing output Stuff like tht

As a support main I will swap immediately lol. Soon as I see the comp and die I’m going WF or gambit lol

Simply put, YOU need to learn to be able to SURVIVE (and even fight back against) Dive as support, yes. The team should try to help u, of course… but they may be also fighting or may be long dead or whatever.

YOU need to be able to keep yourself alive at least. Assuming you have no agency there is why yall can’t improve on a personal level. Ex. Don’t pick Ultron into Spidey & then start screaming “someone (else) take care of Spidey!” mid-match while u subconsciously continue to throw
