if you want to learn about the art of shaders, follow these legends: @XorDev @Jaenam97 @thenoumenon @YoheiNishitsuji

@Jaenam97 @thenoumenon @YoheiNishitsuji this shader is created in javascript, webgl, glsl hand tracking is done through mediapipe and used to animate the shader by changing scale, rotation, and shape radius it all renders in real-time in the browser

if you want to build apps using computer vision, i've got 20 projects with code + written tutorials available here:

how you look in this video honestly

LOL not sure how i feel about this, but thank you

everyday this guy is shaping up the computing interface of the future

i hereby declare war on the mouse and keyboard

speaking of keyboards

let him cook he could produce the next great deep learning paper

I started my own GLSL shader journey awhile back, this is cool! Been working on an audio adaptive shader system but it's tough.

really nice geometry yea i’d love to try an audio reactive system too

dude you rock

thanks jack you’re a legend lovelee to the moon

What did you use ?

@FaugeKY javascript, webgl, glsl

what are shaders

magic math formulas that calculate the color to display per pixel, resulting in pretty animations

so like ray tracing?

there are ray tracing shader programs to calculate how light moves in a scene but “shader” is a more general term that can be used to render any scene or animation

This is so incredible. Very much @hturan energy. Love it!

@hturan thank you so much @hturan makes lovely things

@hturan He’s a legend in the game… and so are you! 💯🔥

I think soon , Jarvis type becomes more common

The future is now! Sooo cool🤯🤯🔥

That’s the fourth dimension

we must go deeper....

Shaders are wild! Love the colors and effects you're getting.

Reminds me of those Sci-Fi movies of people messing with holographic controls of computers.

im imagining this in VR with handtracking, shaping your own reality, extremely cool work

thank you, yes i’d love to do that first i need to get a headset :]

Wowowow bro please can this be linked to a folder of images??

thank you not sure what you mean by linking to a folder of images? you mean being able to use these controls for any shader?

do this same type of trippy idea but allow webcam input or photo/folder input

measuring

Doctor Strange huh

This looks amazing, using mediapipe?

yes, mediapipe and javascript

Sim.

would be very cool full screen of the effect and just biofeedback of movement

@visionhealer thank you! it would probably look like this, but maybe a bit jankier depending on my coffee intake lol

so epic

🔥

wow

thanks Audrey 🧊

Hmm? That looks interesting🤨🤨

this is the coolest use of hand tracking i've seen

@devDanaher thank you so much more computer vision stuff coming soon

Yesss, this sort of stuff is so exciting. Every day I feel like I just want to make cool ways of messing with variables

haha yea fiddling with the variables is half the fun for me wondering if I can add some audioreactivity to this, allowing some params to be controlled by music

Definitely 😊 I think all the different ways you can use music (beat matching, fft stuff, so much you can explore) One of my dream projects is doing something in that space

I need one of you shader legends to make software for the worlds best visuals for music. Its very missed since WinAmp.

oof that would be a dream project. spent so many hours looking at this stuff:

Ahhh, the nostalgia.

The fact that you did all this on a browser is just mind-blowing

lmao this gif

Thats so trippy

You already know it, incredible work and insanely inspiring! 🥕

thats insane!

much appreciated

Yoo that's so cool

thank you siddharth 🌀

Beautiful, sick demo

thank you jacob, more experiments coming soon

mind blowing

🌀 much appreciated

honestly this is what happens when you stop overthinking and just start playing around. the best moments always come when we're just messing about with no pressure
