Choosing loads for Low Rep Hypertrophy Sets I’ve had this question asked a million times, and I’ve answered it over and over but here is a different look for you that might help you understand better We are looking for the sweet spot in what I call the hypertrophy zone. “i’ve been told that you've tried spending less time on your phone recently, which i believe is a very hard thing to do. what made you do it? and did it actually work?” 🆑: yeah, i am achieving that. then there's a balance to find, because it's also true that as soon as you are... you kind of feel a little bit disconnected on what's going around because today everybody is with a phone, and so there's a balance to find. i did two or three months, i think, without ever touching my phone apart from whatsapp when i was receiving messages and calls, and that was maybe a little bit extreme. so now maybe i'm trying to find a balance between the two because it's good to be up to date with what's going on around the world and to stay in touch with friends and funny moments. there's also lots of funny moments on social media and it part also of social interaction with friends and family. so there's a balance to find, but it is also true that it's a place where sometimes it can be a little bit toxic when you are in a position where people can kind of judge and say anything very, very easily. and they have the right to do so, but as a human being, you can also be affected by looking at those things. so it's a balance to find. i don't know if i found the perfect one, but for now it works for me, which is the most important.

Hi everyone! Just rolled out access for NoSpoon Studios to the first 110 folks or so. Huge thanks to Karan and Amit at Luma - thanks to them, I have a few more people that had commented getting complimentary beta access soon as well :). These videos are created with a single agent that does everything from concept to completion (including editing the video together). Therer are longer options too, but for the sake of cost and this demo, you'll be working with 20s max generations. The entire agent was built to only run Ray2 as the video model. My stack is this custom agent of mine (using OAI) > Ray2 for the video > Replit for the app for now. In the meantime, for those with access: here's a video tutorial on how to use the site. I'm quite exhausted, but here's the gist: 1. Sign up (and remember your password lol). Beta testers got free credits, but these are a bit limited - rolling out to a few more peeps but have to budget and need to expand my current code (which means redeploying - so expect more of you to have 2 free credits and access tmr! I have to find out the max I can allot with budget). 2. Just hit "generate short video" without anything in the prompt box and the agent will start immediately with the logline. Be very patient, wait about 6-8 minutes, and it will continue to output all of the scenes and processing - it's very important you do not refresh or navigate away from that tab at this time. You'll see your final video generated and displayed at the bottom of your screen once complete, along with a watermark (paid users don't have a watermark). You can also access your loglines and videos in your history tab, too :). You must refresh the page only after your generation in order to generate a new video - otherwise you'll lose your generation (annoying I know). 3. You can also input your own custom prompt! Control the story this way. Single words work great even, like "thriller" or "spy thriller set in greece" or even "black and white film noir" etc etc. It's not as great with animated styles yet for consistency, just a heads up. 4. I'm exhausted, I'm sure there's a lot I'm missing. But welcome to the NoSpoon Studios soft beta! More soon! Feel free to share your generations if you are already in. Asked Michael Porter Jr. about his breakout with the Nets and David Adelman saying the Nuggets used him correctly: “I think whenever you have a team that talented, a championship-caliber team, there's going to be guys that sacrifice. Some of the shots and some of the ways they probably could have used me, we had enough good players to where we could create a good shot in a different way. I didn't need to come off of a screen and be high usage in that way and shoot some of the tough shots that I'm shooting here, which I can make, but over there those may not be considered the most highest percentage compared to what we could get. So, that's with every good team. But it is good to be able to kind of show what I'm capable of and kind of get some of the recognition. It’s tough as a player when you know what you can do and you are asked to do something different and then people criticize you for it. That can be tough. But it's part of the NBA, it's part of being adaptable, and it's part of being on a really good team for a lot of years. Some of the shots and some of the ways they probably could have used me, we had enough good players to where we could create a good shot in a different way. I didn't need to come off of a screen and be high usage in that way and shoot some of the tough shots that I'm shooting here, which I can make, but over there those may not be considered the most highest percentage compared to what we could get. So, that's with every good team. But it is good to be able to kind of show what I'm capable of and kind of get some of the recognition. It’s tough as a player when you know what you can do and you are asked to do something different and then people criticize you for it. That can be tough. Despite all the drama and chaos these past few months, I am still extremely proud of all the work I have done but it's time for me to move on. So, after 6+ years it's time to say farewell to the Dr Disrespect brand and begin a new chapter. I want to thank ThePeacePigeon for believing in me back in 2018 and giving me a chance to show my skills and creativity to the world. I want to thank the amazing and talented Thorsten Denk , Stev and MARKRENDERS . Together we won the title for 'Best Creative Team of the Year' in 2021. I want to thank Jesse Navarro & Dinka as it was a pleasure to work with both of you. And lastly, I want to thank you guys, the Champions Club, for your amazing support over the years! There is a strategy for Claude Max users that will 3-5X productivity and vibe coding learning curve. Which most vibe coders don't utilize! Most people using Claude Code just sit and watch the terminal while their prompt cooks. That’s dead time. If you’re on Claude Max, you’re paying for parallel capacity you’re probably not using fully. And tokens get wasted. Here’s a methodology to fix that and boost the way you use Claude forever: The Setup & Workflow 1. Add the repos you’re actively working on to your workspace from your IDE 2. Click “new terminal” and open 3-4 terminal instances, each pointed at a different project 3. Toggle between them on the right side of your terminal panel 4. When one terminal is cooking a prompt, look at the others 5. Use the time Claude is working to prompt the next project 6. Continuously rotate and ship across 3-4 projects like this 7. Use your tokens effectively, build more, learn faster The Result You ship 3-4 projects simultaneously. You burn through your token allocation on actual output instead of letting it sit unused. You learn faster because you’re getting more reps in the same amount of time, too. As long as you work on different projects at the same time like this, it will only be a boost in productivity, with no chance for code to get spaghetti.
