Bro you let that bad boy sit for a solid 20 minutes then grab some warm corn tortillas and go to town scooping that seafood goodness straight out the stone like a champ. Pair it with an ice cold beer and thank me later. This thing looks straight fire though.

Un platillo muy comun en restaurantes con comida mexicana... se llaman molcajetes y suelen ser para compartir... Uno se sirve una porción con salsa y lo pone en una tortilla y se come en taco.
