U just turn the other way. That's the purpose of this tool...

... the removed screw just twists off the easy-out with a pliers ....

You could clamp the screw with pliers and turn the screwdriver in the opposite direction. 🙂

To remove the screw, you'd typically use a screwdriver that fits the screw head properly, then turn it counter clockwise.

The tool in SA is called an Eazi out. To remove the bolt from it is pretty easy. Use a vice grip.

Easy, and the screw isn’t what’s important anyway 🤷‍♂️
