A small tool if you’re this person and you keep struggling. I use this, if I try to say something or warn someone of something and I get stopped 3 times then I stop because it’s not ready to be known.

Yes, this is me. BIL attempted to test my boundaries through text messaging. He was dry begging he didn’t know what to do about a family member, he threw in triangulation too stating two other relatives agreed, tried fake empath. BIL was upset when I reflected back real 1/
