It’s funny, but I am a germaphobe. I won’t even drink or eat after my own family members. Not even my own kid! I’ve had people ask me for a bite of something at work before. I always let them, then I say “Can you just finish it cause I’m full?” No matter how much I was looking forward to eating it. But lately I just say “I don’t want your germs, but I’ll cut off a piece for you.” True story! I will kiss boys, but that’s it!!! And I have to really really really like them a lot!

This will only work if the eggs have been plunged into cold water after draining the hot water it was cooking in. Some people actually don't get this, that you can't peel an egg if this hasn't been done first. Mainly people who can't cook worth a damn anyway. But I will definitely try this the next time I make hard boiled eggs.

So she is blowing it out, certainly sending some spit and whatever germs are in her mouth out with the peeled egg. Unsanitary and would be completely illegal in any commercial kitchen.
