These quick workouts are for people who want to improve their postures. The exercises target the weakened foundations pulling your body out of alignment. The sessions are short yet effective. Use the workouts to raise yourself to the next level before the new year starts. Instructions: - Do the exercises as a circuit, or one at a time if you find the circuit format too challenging. - Repeat the circuit or each exercise 3 to 4 times. - The sessions are light enough that you can done daily. Follow the sequence from Day 1 to Day 7 in order. - Ideally done at the start of your day or at the end. Day 1: Kneeling T-Spine Stretch (0:06) [ 10 reps/side ] - Start: Kneeling, one hand on the floor. - Slide your straight arm under your torso. - Reach as far forward as possible. - Keep your hips squared throughout the motion. Kneeling T-Spine Rotation (0:12) [10 reps/side] - Start: Kneeling, one hand on the floor, the other behind your head. - Rotate inward to point your elbow toward the floor. - Rotate outward to point your elbow toward the ceiling. - You may not have the mobility to go all the way up. Stop when you reach your max, and do not force it. Supine Around The World (0:18) [10-20 reps/side] - Start: Lying on your back, arms by your sides, palms toward the ceiling. - Rotate your arms back to have your hands pointing behind you. Day 2 Side-Lying Quad Stretch (0:27) [30-60 seconds/leg] - Start: Lying on your side, legs stacked. - Grab your ankle and pull your foot toward you. - Use a towel or elastic band if you cannot reach your ankle. Hip Bridge, Feet on Bench (0:37) [10 reps with a 3s hold at the top of each rep] - Start: Lying on your back, feet on an elevated surface like a bench, couch, or chair. - Lift your hips off the floor to align your upper and lower bodies. - Adapt: If you cannot lift all the way, do the same exercise with your feet on the floor. - Adapt: If this variation is too easy, do one leg at a time. Dynamic Hip Extension Plank (0:49) [ 10-20 reps/leg] - Start: Push-up position. - Lift one leg as high as possible, keeping it straight. - Alternate legs. - Adapt: Rest on your forearms if you struggle to hold the push-up position. Day 3 Sky Reach (1:04) [10 reps/side] - Start: Deep Squat position - Rotate one arm to have your hand pointing toward the ceiling or as close as you can reach. - Do not force the range of motion if you block before that. - Alternate arms. - Adapt: Kneeling variation. Side-Lying External Rotation (1:21) [10 reps/arm] - Start: Lying on your side, one hand supports your head, and the other holds a dumbbell or any weighted object if you lack equipment. - Rotate the weight directly above your body while keeping your arm locked to your torso. Bent-Over Reverse Flys (1:28) [20 reps] Start: Bend forward, arms hanging down. Ensure your back is straight and your hips are held high. Lift your arms to shoulder level and keep them straight. Adapt: Add weights if bodyweight is too easy. Day 4 Deep Squat (1:36) [10 reps] - Start: Feet slightly wider than hips apart. Inhale first, then hold it in. - Lead the motion by sliding your knees forward and letting your hips naturally fold. - Go as low as your body allows, then push back up. - Exhale on the way up. - Adapt: Hold onto something stable to help you go lower. Hip Thrust (1:44) [10 reps with a 3s hold at the top of each rep] - Start: Both feet on the ground, shoulders on the edge of a bench or couch, hips down. - Lift your hips to align your lower and upper bodies, and hold. Side Bridge (1:57) [10 reps/side] - Start: Side Plank position, legs stacked. - Lift your hips off the floor and hold when you reach the top. - Ensure your head stays aligned with your shoulders and hips. Avoid bending it forward to make the motion easier. - Adapt: Bend the lower leg. Day 5 Wall Slides (2:23) [10 reps] - Start: Stand in front of a wall with your forearms and hands flat behind you. - Be as close as you can to the wall, but you can take a few steps forward if you lack the mobility to keep your arms flat. - Straighten your arms while keeping them flat against the wall. Y-Raises (2:29) [10 reps with a 3s hold at the top] - Start: Lying on your stomach, arms in a Y position, thumbs toward the ceiling. - Lift your thumbs toward the ceiling and hold. - Lower back to the floor. T-Raises (2:41) [10 reps with a 3-second hold at the top] - Start: Lying on your stomach, arms in a T position, thumbs toward the ceiling. - Lift your arms toward the ceiling and hold. - Lower back to the floor. Day 6 Seated Toe Pointing (2:56) [10 reps] - Start: Sitting on the floor with your legs ahead of you, feet together. - Point your toes forward. - Point them toward you. Seated Ankle Rotations (3:02) [10 reps] - Start: Sitting on the floor with your legs ahead of you, feet apart. - Rotate your feet like a windshield wiper, going as deep as possible on either side. Reverse Plank (3:09) [Hold for 30-60 seconds] - Start: Ball of the feet on a step, heels hanging. You may hold on to a ramp or wall for added support. - Lower your heels as low as possible and hold at the bottom. - Lift your heels as high as possible. Day 7 Unilateral Chest Stretch (3:21) [30-60 seconds/arm] - Start: Place your hand flat against the wall at shoulder level. - Rotate your body in the opposite direction and hold. - Placing your hand higher than shoulder level increases the stretch. Cat-Cow Stretch (3:31) [10 reps] - Start: Hands and knees on the floor. - Round your lower back like a cat (pulling it toward the ceiling) and hold. - Push it down as much as possible and hold. Wide Leg Adductor Stretch (3:38) [30-60 seconds] - Start: Sit on the floor with your legs as wide as possible, hands right in front of you. - Hold the position. // Start your New Year's resolutions with these quick posture workouts. You'll build up the foundations needed to withstand 2024 and crush your goals. Have an excellent weekend!

Omar Cooper Jr. #5 WR/#34 overall Balanced skillset with very few red flags/major weaknesses. Good straight-line athlete, adequate size, excellent COD/fluidity. Played slot (83.3%) in '25 & Z (90.3%) in '24 - probably a slot in the NFL, but showed he can at least survive vs. press. Strengths: - Speed, C.O.D., & technique to separate from/stack man coverage at all 3 levels - Advanced salesmanship & sudden transitions as a route runner. Good feel for attacking leverage & turning the DB's hips - Changes speed down the stem to disguise his route & delay/rush the defender’s break - Separated consistently on digs/posts/outs/corners/sail routes. Very effective rocker step - Dangerous blend of elusiveness & contact balance after the catch - Led this WR class in missed tackles forced (27) & ranked 2nd in Yds After Contact/Rec (5.6) - 4.2% career drop rate - Body control, balance, & hand-eye-foot coordination to secure acrobatic catches Weaknesses: - Struggles to play through contact at the stem & breakpoint. Too easily knocked off schedule by grabby coverage - Inexperienced running curls & comebacks (19 routes/0 targets in 2025) - Needs to speed up his internal clock & get in/out of breaks more efficiently. Occasionally wastes time setting up/gathering into breaks - Had issues disguising routes & separating vs. trail technique - Struggles to win on quick slants vs. press-man. Needs a more convincing outside fake to set up the diamond release & a more explosive crossover step to gain separation - Gets stalled by quick jams at the LOS. Can sometimes dodge the punch, but it takes him a while to release through contact

Let's reverse engineer Disney's adorable, lifelike robot! I couldn't find a whitepaper, but this is how I think it's trained: 1. The emotional behaviors are curated by Disney animation artists, keyframe by keyframe. But it cannot be "rendered" directly on the robot because it doesn't take into account the complex real-world physics. 2. Reinforcement learning (RL) is a great tool for training low-level robot controllers. RL needs a reward function to optimize, and it's typically a task reward (e.g. walk in a straight line as fast as possible). The problem is that RL doesn't know what counts as "natural behavior", and often produces weird-looking body postures that somehow still maximize the reward. This is a human alignment problem just like ChatGPT. 3. Enters Adversarial Motion Prior (AMP): a technique that learns the human preference by training a classifier on what we consider "emotional & cute". In GAN literature, this is called a discriminator. Disney artists are good at creating such a dataset. You can then add AMP as an auxiliary reward in simulation to nudge the robot towards desired behaviors. AMP was developed by Peng et al. 2021 and Escontrela et al. 2022. 4. Add lots of data augmentation to make the controller robust to physical disturbances. In RL, it's called "domain randomization". This is a very powerful technique that bridges the gap between simulator and reality. Previously, OpenAI used domain randomization to train a 5-finger robot hand to manipulate a Rubik's Cube: IEEE news article gave hints about the pipeline: Finally, praying for world peace 🙏. I hope robotics like this will bring more joy to the world.

My son and I went to the gym late last night to work out some stuff after 3 HS games worth of not hitting the way that he wanted. The session had both a data component and a feel / cue component. As a 17 year old who now has high 60's / low to mid 70's bat speed he has struggled in the last week - specifically against low velocity pitching - to let the ball travel deep enough to get good flush contact. Point being that we had a specific thing to work on. So on the technology side we're using Blast to bat speed, attack angle and VBA, and we're using HitTrax to monitor contact depth in addition to the outcome stuff - exit velocity, launch angle, distance and direction. We also were using two different pitching machines - one offset to the left side, the other offset to the right side. In terms of cues what we ended up with was: - As deep as possible while still being on time - High pitch posture, flat bat path and adjust off if needed But along the way we tried all sorts of stuff - everything from trying to hit a ball to the hot dog cart in oppo foul territory off the left hand off-set machine to trying to find middle of the field ball flight from the right hand offset machine to just going pure let it eat anywhere ball flight off of either machine to score a runner on 2B. In my mind, the best instruction environment for hitting is just a conversation that revolves around: - What were we trying to do vs what did we actually do - What signal can we get about why we did what we did - What adjustments do we need to make to bring our results closer to the intended outcome on the next swing But if the instructor and the player don't even speak the same language...man that conversation is going to be pretty limited in its effectiveness. Because he's 17 we're now able to have these kinds of conversations - with all of these various layers. But the critically important part of the whole thing is that this is an actual two way conversation. Meaning that he's telling me how he feels, we're looking at the data to correlate the feeling to the outcome, we decide on how or if we need to adjust intention for the next swing and we just wash, rinse and repeat that same cycle over and over and over. I wouldn't - and I didn't - coach him this way when he was 12. We used the same tech stack, but the data we paid attention to was a lot more limited. Because that was the level of depth he was able to have a productive conversation about at that time. I'm also exceptionally fortunate that at 17 years old he's still playing and I still get to have these conversations with him.

I SMASH all of you! Listen carefully now — I have testified in court in the Southern District of New York against some of the most dangerous Russian oligarchs in the world. One of them had according to rumours over a thousand kills, and the prosecutor in Spain handling his case was the most protected person in the country. I exposed in court the largest cocaine trafficking operation in the world, involving people who eat El Chapo for lunch. By the way, El Chapo was in the same housing unit as me in 2019 while I was talking with the FBI and prosecutors in the Southern District of New York. The law enforcement team assigned to protect me during this time, refused to escort me unless every inch of the area had been searched by K9 dogs for explosives. I survived two assassination attempts. For 15 years, I was the bank agent for the worst of the worst, making their money completely clean and safe in Luxembourg, Switzerland, Dubai, Singapore and Sweden etc. I was in court over billions of dollars, where Wes Watson’s Bugatti was a couple of weeks’ legal fees — his little boys and their cars are nothing but peanuts in my world. Frankly, no real man even drives a car — we have drivers and travel in a motorcade. I haven’t driven a car for the last 10 years. There isn’t a single ounce of fear that any so-called American gangster with a couple of kills can put in my body — they are nothing but a laughing stock to me. The people I fought would vaporize any criminal gang in America, along with their entire family tree in a heartbeat. That’s how dangerous and hardcore they are. And that’s exactly why the last thing these men would ever do is expose their children or love partners online like the extremely weak, crying babies #WesWatson and #AndrewTate do all day long. This is the world I come from, I am everything; they are nothing. The flipside of the coin: After all my legal challenges ended in 2021, I made deals and am cool today with the Russians, the Turks and the cocaine people. I have insurances in place— information that would unleash hell if anything ever happened to me. So, I’m untouchable now. But listen closely — I handle my problems like a real man. For example, in 2021 I met with a guy who handles business for the Russian oligarchs in the U.S. We met at a coffee shop in LA — he came with his people, and I came with my heavily armed security. He sat down, put a plastic bag on the table, slipped his hand inside and the first thing he said was that he had a gun pointed at me. I looked him in the eye and said, “Pull the trigger.” Then I explained — if he did, it would have turned the scene into the biggest bloodbath LA had ever seen. There were more guns in that place than the entire SWAT team would have had. He explained who and why they killed my former client, Russian oligarch Dmitry Bosov, whose death was officially ruled a homicide. We talked for some time, and since then I have honored my promise and they have honored theirs. I followed a similar procedure with the other people I was forced to call out in court. That’s how real men handle problems — we face them head-on, never back down. And if someone from my world truly wants to take someone out, they don’t just go after the individual — they eliminate their entire family tree so there’s nothing left. Finally: I take orders from only two people in this world. My full loyalty is with President Trump and his great son, Barron Trump. I am their greatest warrior, and I will give my life in this fight to Make America Great, so their names will live for eternity. - Victor X 🇺🇸 #MAGA #Trump #DonaldJTrump #BarronTrump

George Blankenship got really emotional telling the story of early Tesla And it shows why Tesla’s survival story is one of the wildest in startup history The Model S wasn’t just another car. It was Tesla’s first true everyday car And it was Tesla’s do-or-die moment Thousands of people trusted Elon Musk enough to hand over $5,000 deposits… No car in their driveway No guarantee Tesla would survive Just belief in a promise But behind the scenes, the reality was brutal In Q2 2012, Tesla delivered just 12 cars in the entire quarter Wall Street was circling like vultures The media was waiting for Tesla to die Short sellers were waiting for the collapse And the company was running straight into one of the most terrifying production hells in startup history Then Elon did something insane He publicly tweeted that Tesla would be profitable by Q1 2013 That wasn’t a prediction That was a survival command To make it happen, Elon set the number: 4,750 deliveries.... The mission became clear: Deliver thousands of Model S cars before the quarter ended The number that mattered inside the company became 4,750 The pressure inside Tesla became unreal George Blankenship had to email Elon every single night at exactly midnight with the raw survival numbers: How many deliveries still stood between Tesla and death By the final week, job titles disappeared IT guys were washing cars Marketing guys were moving cars People who had never worked in delivery were suddenly doing whatever it took Nobody was “above” the work Nobody was waiting for someone else. Everyone was fighting for the same thing: Keep Tesla alive Then came the final Saturday of the quarter. At 3 PM… Car 4,750 was delivered Tesla had done the impossible Blankenship stood on his desk, looked at his exhausted team, and told them: “What you just did is monumental… not just for Tesla, but for what we’re going to do for mankind.” That quarter, Tesla shocked the world with an $11M profit. The stock exploded from around $20 to $90 But the real story isn’t the stock It’s that Tesla crossed the line between impossible and inevitable They didn’t just build a company. They forged the foundation of the EV revolution

People with weak cores struggle to stabilize their bodies when they walk. Every step you take sends a little punch up your leg into your hip and lower back. Planks with one or more support points removed to expose this weakness. Use these 12 exercises to strengthen your core: 1 - Bird-Dog (0:06) 3 x 10/side Beginners start with this exercise because removing two support points with your knees on the floor is easier. The goal is to straighten the opposing arm and leg. A client wobbled when she removed her two support points today, which humbled her. 2 - Front Plank with Leg Lift, Elbows (0:15) 3 x 10/side The second plank involves lifting one leg at a time. Being on your elbows is easier than your straightened arms, so I'll first have people familiarize themselves with this position. Lift your leg as high as you can without swinging too much. Hold at the top for a few seconds to increase the burn. 3 - Front Plank with Arm/Leg Lift, Elbows (0:20) 3 x 10 The third plank resembles the Bird Dog, except your knees are off the floor. Straighten the opposite arm and leg at the same time, and hold. You might struggle to reach a full lengthening, so do your best and practice. Removing one hand off the floor also strengthens your shoulder blade muscles. 4 - Front Rotation Plank, Elbows (0:28) 3 x 10/side The fourth plank engages different abdominal muscles with the rotation. Your arms should point toward the ceiling, something beginners might initially struggle with. 5 - Push-Up Plank (0:34) 3 x 10 The fifth plank is excellent for building upper body strength at home. You are bound to break a sweat and work your chest and triceps. I've had many clients struggle to do more than one rep. 6 - Spider Plank, Elbows (1:01) 3 x 10/side The sixth plank improves your hip mobility as well. You want to open the leg and bring your knee to hip level while keeping in the air. 7 - Lateral Raise Plank (1:09) 3 x 10-20/side The seventh plank is done in a push-up position with your arms straight. There is now more weight on your arms, making it harder to stabilize when you remove a support point. My client tried this variation and had to regress to the Bird Dog because she couldn't support herself. Work your way up to 20 reps/side for extra posture gains. 8 - Toe Taps, Straight Arms (1:22) 3 x 10/side The eight plank has you lifting one leg toward one side and touching the floor with your toes. The contact is brief - You're tapping, not resting. 9 - Mountain Climbers with Twist (1:29) 3 x 10/side The ninth plank is a twist on the classic mountain climbers exercise. You lift one leg and bring it toward the opposite elbow, then repeat on the other side. Increase the speed to add a cardio component, but ensure you can first go through the full range of motion. 10 - Arm/Leg Lift Plank, Straight Arms (1:42) 3 x 10 The tenth plank is the final evolution of the Bird Dog in this series. Straighten your opposite arm and leg, and hold for a few seconds to increase the burn. You can also hold the lengthened position for an extended period, like 30 to 60 seconds. 11 - Plank Jacks (1:54) 3 x 30-60s The eleventh plank is a variation of the classic Jumping Jack. This dynamic exercise adds a cardio component to your core workout. Shuffle both feet toward the side, then jump back to the starting position, Ensure you keep your hips aligned with your head and shoulders. You want to avoid your lower back crashing below them and potentially hurting yourself. 12 - Knee to Elbow Plank, Straight Arms (2:01) 3 x 10/side This series's twelfth and final plank requires the most stability and mobility. Most people are unable to reach their knee to the elbow. Enjoy practicing this one; you will feel stronger after three full sets. // Planks with one or more support points removed are excellent for building a more stable posture when you move. They can be done anywhere with enough space. Progress through the twelve variations in this series and watch how your core strength improves. Enjoy!

Meme Vlog using Seedance 2.5 Prompt: Vertical 9:16 smartphone vlog, shot on iPhone 17 Pro. ONE SINGLE UNINTERRUPTED HANDHELD TAKE, ~30 seconds, no cuts, no editing — every transition happens only through the vlogger panning, tilting, zooming or walking. Brisk, snappy pacing: quick whip pans, each beat lands in a few seconds, the camera never lingers. Sunny daytime New York City street >> — brick facades, fire escapes, a sidewalk café, parked cars. The filming style is the core of the video: natural hand micro-shake and walking bounce, slightly floaty digital stabilization, deep focus with everything sharp — no cinematic bokeh, no film look, no color grading. Natural HDR daylight, sky highlights slightly clipped, auto exposure and white balance visibly re-adjusting on every pan between shade and sun, quick autofocus hunting on fast pans, digital zoom bringing a slight quality drop and extra shake. Audio: raw street ambience only — traffic, distant horns, footsteps, chatter, wind brushing the mic, plus the live sounds written into the scenes. No music track, no captions, no watermark. The vlogger's phone IS the camera — it never appears on screen, and she never holds a second phone or any other device. Spontaneous amateur vlog energy. 0:00–0:05 — Front camera, selfie mode: the vlogger >> films herself at arm's length while walking down the sidewalk, her face a touch overexposed by daylight. She starts excitedly: "Guys! I just—" — behind her shoulder, a couple >>walking the opposite way passes right beside her; a beat later the guy stops and turns back, head over his shoulder, staring straight at her — the exact reference pose — while his girlfriend , gripping his hand, glares at him in outraged disbelief, mouth open. They hold the exact reference tableau; his stare reads odd and unreadable, not flirty. She catches them in her own selfie frame, cuts off mid-word and reacts instantly, without breaking stride: "...What was that?" — and keeps walking. 0:05–0:09 — Same take, no cut: she flips the phone to the rear camera and whips it to the RIGHT — a sidewalk café. By the entrance, a guy >> stands at a microphone on a stand, a small speaker beside it looping a soft instrumental backing. He leans in, takes a breath to sing the first line — and bursts out laughing instead, turning away and covering his mouth, then waves it off and resets toward the mic. The vlogger laughs quietly behind the camera. 0:09–0:13 — Without cutting, the camera slides and zooms further RIGHT along the same café terrace: at one table a woman >> is mid-meltdown — crying, shouting, jabbing an accusing finger across the terrace — while her friend >> leans in, holding her back. Quick punch-in digital zoom to the opposite table: the cat >> sits upright behind a plate of salad, perfectly calm and unimpressed. Autofocus hunts for a split second on the zoom. 0:13–0:17 — Without cutting, the camera TILTS UP the facade directly above the café awning: a second-floor open window of the same brick building, a fire escape beside it. Quick digital zoom in — the image gets slightly softer and shakier — the dog >> sits in the window with its eyes closed, chin lifted, blissfully soaking up the warm golden sunlight hitting the facade. She melts behind the camera: "Awww, look at him..." 0:17–0:21 — The camera drops back down and swings FORWARD — a few steps ahead of her on the same sidewalk stands a couple in office attire, mid-argument. The guy >> leans in toward the woman, talking heatedly, both hands raised mid-gesture; the woman >> doesn't even glance at him — she smiles down at the phone in her hand, her other arm extended toward his face, flat palm raised in a firm "stop, talk to the hand" gesture, exactly matching the reference poses. The vlogger steps around them, the camera holding on the pair as she half-laughs: "What is going on?" 0:21–0:25 — Same take: she whips the camera to the LEFT, across the two-lane road — a sedan parked at the opposite curb. Shaky digital zoom onto the driver's window: a man >> sits behind the wheel, one hand draped over the top of the steering wheel, staring straight into the lens with a heavy, unblinking suspicious look, his eyes slowly tracking her as she passes. She says flatly: "...What is his problem?" 0:25–0:30 — The camera swings back forward: ahead at the corner of the block, a guy >> stands in profile by a red brick wall, heatedly arguing with the wall itself — both hands gesturing, leaning in, making his case to the bricks like a real debate. Quick shaky digital zoom toward him as she approaches, his agitated voice rising under the street noise. She flips to the front camera — her speechless, wide-eyed face fills the frame — then flips back to the rear camera: he's still going at it. The take ends mid-argument, no cut.

Would you believe an AI agent can test a real VR action game in real time, the way a person plays it? Meta XR Operator makes it possible. As far as I know, this is the first time. I am not talking about tapping a menu or replaying a recorded click path, but genuinely moving, shooting, and using the same game mechanics a human player does. In NeonReach VR, which is a real (and open source) action game, rings spawn 12m out and come at you somewhere between 1.5 and 5.5 m/s, getting faster over a 90 second ramp. There are three kinds: straight, weaving side to side, and spinning. Every shot is a full slingshot cycle, so you press, pull back, aim, then release. Obstacles arrive at head height and cost you a life if you don't get out of the way. You have ten lives. Here is why the game is hard for an AI agent. Even though Meta XR Operator gives the agent everything it needs to observe the app and act inside it, the agent still cannot play. One agent turn takes 10 to 15 seconds. One throw is four steps that have to happen in order, because the press has to latch before the pull, and they cannot be batched into a single call. So a throw costs about 45 seconds. A fast ring only exists for 2.3 seconds. One action takes 20x longer than the target is alive. Prompt tuning does not close a gap that size. What works is a three stage path: EXPLORATION, then SKILL, then SCRIPT. 1/ EXPLORATION. The agent drives the live app and works the game out on its own. It verified the coordinate mapping by setting a pose and reading it back, then derived the launch model. The more useful output was the traps it found. For example, the player's own body collider silently deflects a ball released inside it, with no error and no log line. That produced two confident wrong conclusions before anyone caught them. 2/ SKILL. All of that gets written down as a reusable SKILL.md plus an aim solver. There is a section that separates what was actually verified from what was assumed, so a wrong conclusion cannot quietly turn into doctrine. This stage also produced the trick that mattered. Set timeScale to 0 and a throw becomes atomic in game time, so however long the agent spends thinking never shows up in the shot. 3/ SCRIPT. The agent then compiles everything into a player script, a loop that observes, decides, and throws, calling the MCP servers directly from Python with no model in the hot path. Round trips drop from 10 to 15 seconds down to something between 1 and 16 milliseconds. The loop runs at 23 Hz, about 0.75 seconds per throw, roughly 60x faster than the agent doing it turn by turn. The result is that it plays like a person, which you can see from the attached video. It tracks the rings, works out where each one is going, throws with whichever hand is free, moves out of the way of the obstacles, and does not wait around to see whether the last throw landed. Shipping settings, no difficulty edits, no health locks, no slow motion. It plays until it actually loses. The takeaway generalizes beyond games: an agent does not have to be the player. Even following the same rules as a player, it has too much latency between moves. Having the agent write the thing that acts bypasses that constraint entirely. Try it yourself: or explore the agent-created skill and scripts: Based on NeonReach VR by Dilmer, with no code changes. I only upgraded its Meta XR Core SDK to v205, which ships Meta XR Operator. Our blog post, Introducing Meta XR Operator: Close the Build-Test-Verify Loop for VR: Disclosure: I work at Meta. And this represents my own opinion. #XR #VR #AI #MetaQuest #Unity #GameDev

Chicago Bears: The Deep Ball Façade As a Chicago Bears truther, I gotta keep it 💯 There are many Bears fans posting “Amazing” out of the pocket deep ball highlights of Caleb Williams Obviously, we don’t see those kinds of throws everyday. It’s insane!! But deep ball playmaking isn’t new to Chicago. Nor is it the focal point of Ben Johnson’s offense. If the Bears are going to be great, we have to become more efficient from the pocket. Pass percentage must go up, time in pocket must come down. Living outside the pocket will hinder our ability to be efficient and to win a Super Bowl #1 Deep Ball was always there Justin Fields in 2023 had one of the most efficient deep balls in the league. Not only that, the majority of his deep balls came from the pocket which is what you want from your QB. As good as the Bears were as a whole last year, the deep ball was far more efficient in 2023. But living on the deep ball and living out the pocket comes with limitations. We have to focus on the fundamentals #2 Ben Johnson is the catalyst Similar to 2023, Bears offense in 2024 had explosive plays followed by inconsistent offense and inept situational football by the head coach Poor offensive line, poor offensive scheme, and inept head coach were the core issues. Ryan Poles thought QB was the main issue and then 2024 happened. We learned quick that it takes more than a talented QB to win football games. Ben Johnson has alleviated all of those concerns. He has made Bears offensive line the focal point! His scheme has been top of the league since he became OC in Detroit. And his situational football awareness far superior than Eberflus. Bears fans must recognize that Ben Johnson is the catalyst of the Bears offensive turnaround, and team success. Now give him what he needs! He wants 3 tight ends? Give it to him He wants more Luther Burden? Give it to him He wants more efficiency out of his QB? Let’s make that the focal point.. #3 Ben Johnson needs a point guard at QB Efficiency in the pocket, time to throw, and passing EPA are far more important to Ben Johnson’s offense than out of pocket deep balls. We need Caleb to be that killer still, but it’s the fundamentals that will allow Bears to take the next step. This offense doesn’t need a Michael Jordan at QB. Ben Johnson would much rather have an Isiah Thomas at QB because this offense has enough Bad Boys to get the job done. Feed the WRs! Get the ball out of your hands quicker! Allow deep ball to be the counter punch of the offense. #4 It’s all there.. The pre-snap awareness, post snap awareness, efficiency from pocket, and pass velocity all scream franchise QB. When you look at Caleb Williams in the pocket on short to intermediate passes, it looks effortless. The ball leaves his hand lightning quick, it’s placed where it’s supposed to be, and WR is able to make a play after the catch. We have to see more of this and it starts now. CW has to trust Ben Johnson’s offense and his WRs more. Conclusion: If we wanted a QB to scramble and throw deep balls, Justin Fields would still be a Chicago Bear What makes Caleb unique, is that he can be a hunter down the field but also has the upside to be a Drew Brees type of QB in the pocket. I rather see more clips of Caleb playing in rhythm and in the pocket , than deep bombs out the pocket. There will be struggles, but that’s ok. I much rather see our QB struggle making the right throws in OTAs than masking it with his gift as an out the pocket thrower.

A story from Mai Shayi Coffee: From a tiny coffee shop on Adeola Odeku in Lagos and a coffee farm in Jos… to the Vice President's residence in Bogotá, Colombia*. 🇳🇬🇨🇴☕ Last night, I lived something I still can't fully explain. Let me try. Several months ago, I received a video call from the Deputy Minister of Trade of Colombia, the Nigerian Honorary Consul, and the Colombian Ambassador to the region. They had heard about my work in the Nigerian coffee sector and wanted to talk. That call led to an official invitation to the CELAC – Africa Bilateral Summit here in Bogotá. Before the summit, I spent several days deep in the mountains of Manizales — at Cenicafé — sitting with world-class researchers and coffee scientists, absorbing decades of knowledge that I intend to bring home. My mission? To explore how Nigeria can reclaim and rebuild its once-thriving coffee sector — through knowledge exchange, genetic-resistant crop material, and the kind of private sector leadership that actually moves things. Then last night happened. I received an exclusive, by-invitation-only letter — signed by the Vice Presidency of the Republic of Colombia — to attend an official dinner hosted by Vice President Francia Elena Márquez Mina. The same invitation extended to African and Latin American ambassadors, development bank executives, and sitting foreign ministers. At 7:30 PM, a protocol bus arrived at my hotel. I stepped on board with five other diplomats — seasoned men, each old enough to be my father, each representing a different nation. I was introduced simply as "Mr. Ibrahim, part of the Nigerian delegation." There were no other Nigerians on that bus. Just me. We drove 25 minutes to a colonial fortress of a building — military checkpoints, secret service agents, an Alpha team requesting the full delegation manifest. Then the doors opened. What I saw next stopped my breath. 🚨 80 meters of red carpet. A full lineup of Colombian military guards in ceremonial regalia. Salutes. Song. Dance. We disembarked one by one, and one by one — we were walked, in single file, down that carpet, into the Vice President's residence. I wanted to pull out my phone SO badly. You know me. But I read the room and I held it together. 😂 Inside, officials from the Colombian government welcomed us warmly. Then, across the room, I spotted the Deputy Minister of Trade — the man who had personally called me months ago to invite me on this journey. He walked over, smiled and said: "Ibrahim, I'm glad you made it. How was Cenicafé? Can we take a picture? Here's my personal line." At this point, I'm having a full out-of-body experience. HOW? How does coffee — a crop, a conversation, a conviction — take you HERE? Then she walked in. Vice President Francia Elena Márquez Mina. Colombia's first-ever female, first-ever Black Vice President. Humble. Elegant. Younger than I expected for someone carrying that weight of history. She greeted each of us. I stepped forward, extended my hand, and introduced myself — "Ibrahim Samande. Nigeria." She smiled and said, "Welcome." Her husband followed — and I'll say this: he was the best-dressed man in that room. After me, of course. 😏 I must tell you — I came in full Hausa kaftan and hulla. 🧢 Every other African diplomat was in a suit. That's expected. But I made a choice. My identity was going to walk into that room first. I wore that kaftan and cap with everything I had, representing not just Nigeria, but the North — my culture, my people, my roots — at a table with nations. At dinner, I spotted the Nigerian Foreign Minister seated among the dignitaries with the Vice President herself. And in that moment, I thought of a scripture: "A prophet is not welcomed in his own home." I have never received this kind of honour on Nigerian soil. Last night, a foreign nation honoured me for the work I am doing — for Nigeria. It was humbling in a way I don't have words for yet. Continued…

Anthropic released Claude Design TODAY and it's now accessible at I spent the last hour giving it a first look, and shared my thoughts and results in the video below. This is a BIG drop. This is a new design surface from Anthropic, and it changes what "AI design" means. Short version: Claude can now design. Not "describe a design." Not "generate an image of a design." Actual production work — prototypes, wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, slide decks, landing pages — editable, on-brand, and ready to hand off. Here's what stood out on first look: → Real design surfaces Prototypes, wireframes, hi-fi, and slide decks — each with templates and proper structure, not just pretty screenshots. → Comment-based edits Leave a comment on any element and Claude revises it. This is the Figma-style review loop, with the designer replaced by a model that works at 3am. → Brand design systems You can feed it your system — colors, type, components — and it actually respects it. On-brand output, not generic AI slop. → Export anywhere PDF, PowerPoint, Canva, standalone HTML. Plus a built-in handoff straight to Claude Code for engineers to implement. → Import from real tools Figma, GitHub, and captured web elements come in as inputs. Your existing work is the starting line, not the discard pile. → Collaboration Share links for view / comment / edit — the exact tier system teams already expect. What I tested on Opus 4.7: • A 5-slide deck generated from a single screenshot. Claude asked clarifying questions BEFORE generating and shipped speaker notes by default. • A landing page build. Solid first pass, real components, real layout logic. • Multiple chats running concurrently. You can parallelize design work across threads like a small team. Why this matters: PMs, founders, marketers, and non-engineers can now create designs that engineers can actually ship with production-ready output and a claude code handoff built in. The gap between "I have an idea" and "here's a working prototype with my brand applied" just collapsed to minutes. Full walkthrough, live demos, exports, and honest takes on where it breaks below. P.S. • This is an Anthropic Labs product — NOT GA yet. • Claude Design is currently webapp only (no API), and does not yet support the Analytics API, Compliance API, or cost/usage reporting. • Availability: – Default ON for Pro / Max / Team – Default OFF for Enterprise Enterprise admins can toggle it on via RBAC in console (comes with a ~$20/user initial credit).

Please Read. Very important… We are 👌 close to the truth.. 🚨 President Trump reminds the world that Barrack Hussein Obama sent PALLETS OF CASH to Iran just before he left Officer, knowingly funding terrorism and the development of Nuclear Bombs This is the ONE THING that gets left out from nearly every critic. 🔻 Q talked about this extensively over the years in ways not to violate NATSEC Laws. Here is my Breakdown of drop #199, a very important drop, line by line. • U1 - CA - EU - ASIA - IRAN/NK —— Uranium 1 path: Canada - European Union- China- Iran/North Korea • Where did it end up? —— Implicates IRAN and North Korea • What was the purpose? —— Provide enriched uranium for an arsenal in North Korea. • Who was suppose to win the election of 2016? —— Hillary Clinton, “they never thought she would lose.” • Why was the Iran deal kept from Congress and placed at the highest level of classification? —— There are a great number of legislators that are beholden to elements in Saudi Arabia. Iran is Saudi Arabia's mortal enemy. The Saudis would demand interference in a deal that is against their strategic interests, regardless whether it is beneficial for the United States or not. —— Meaning, a United States Senator could NOT review the deal but other foreign powers could. • How much money was hand delivered by plane(s)? —— $1.7-billion payment to Iran was all in cash due to effectiveness of sanctions, White House says - An initial $400 million of euros, Swiss francs and other foreign currency was delivered on pallets Jan. 17, the same day Tehran agreed to release four American prisoners. - The remaining $1.3 billion represented estimated interest on the Iranian cash the U.S. had held since the 1970s. • Why in cash? —— Difficult to trace, get around sanctions. • Where did the plane(s) actually land? —— Tehran, Iran • What was the cover? —— Hostage release of 4 Americans. • Who paid for BO (Obama) to attend Harvard? —— Al-waleed bin Talal • Why would this occur pre-political days? —— To create a political puppet/yes man. • Who was the biggest contributor to the CF? —— Kingdom of Saudi Arabia • The graphic is the key. Why does the MSM push conspiracy w/o investigation? —— self explanatory • Who controls the MSM? —— Owners behind the owners of media; George Soros via Media Matters, distributed to the masses by Operation Mockingbird Clowns • What does the word 'conspiracy' mean to you? —— People working together to further their interest and personal gains at the expense of everyone else not involved, typically involving criminal and/or unethical acts • Has the word 'conspiracy' been branded to mean something shameful in today's society? —— Yes, the phrase conspiracy theory became a pejorative in the 1960s. The term was deployed by the CIA to discredit the John F. Kennedy assassination as "crazy". • The world cannot handle the truth. —— self explanatory • This pill cannot be swallowed by most. Risk in painting this picture. THE SUM OF ALL FEARS.

Wow Sora is so amazing, I wanted to really push it to the limits and see how it would handle a very complex prompt: “A 45-45-90 right triangle divides in half within itself repeatedly to create an organized fractal structure with self similarity, increasing in size from small at the top left to large at the bottom right, the whole structure is gradually growing from the top left point as the origin to create a seamless loop over 8 seconds, the individual triangles form platforms like a staircase descending downwards and have small rounded corners, as they move towards the bottom of the screen they each divide in half and one half moves downwards slightly to create another step and then the halves should divide in half again and one moves downwards to create one more step, after the second division curved cut-outs inside the triangles emerge upwards in a mechanical motion to form a continuous winding curved path towards the top of the structure, the edges of the path cutouts should be visible in the floor before they emerge so the viewer can anticipate the path being formed, after the path pieces move into place three Adélie penguins hop upwards along the path chasing a bright turquoise butterfly, the penguins should be hopping like the penguins in the following videos [ and should be progressing up the path while staying visually centered onscreen, the animation of the triangle platforms dividing and path forming and penguins hopping should be visually clear from top to bottom and arranged in such a way that you can look anywhere in the image to focus on a certain part of the story yet also be able to follow along from top to bottom to watch how the story unfolds throughout the image, the platforms should all be made of an elegant slightly reflective light wooden floor and white walls like a contemporary art museum, as each path segment moves upwards into place it is revealed that it is built on reflective chrome columns, lighting in the room is dark except for a single spotlight following the penguins and thin neon tube lighting around the edge of each triangle platform placed just below the floor level so that when the platforms divide and descend it reveals the neon light from the platform behind it which lights up the edges of the newly formed triangles and makes their form clear to the viewer's eye, some more neon lights inside the edge of the gap left by the path segments rising to form the path, the large dark triangle that makes up the upper right corner should be divided repeatedly by subtly glowing lines in a similar structure to the main layout but moving in the opposite direction as if to suggest that the 45-45-90 triangle on which the whole structure is based is being gradually disintegrated over time into a series of smaller identical triangles and emotionally relatable architecture as a frame for the penguins at the center to make them seem like the protagonist of the piece even though the true protagonist is the triangle itself, in the style of shapiro500, isometric 3d, beautiful lighting, best quality, masterpiece, hyperdetailed 4k, octane render” but I don't have Sora access so I made it by hand with Cinema 4D instead

REAL ESTATE PEOPLE WILL HATE HIM FOR THIS. HE BUILT A CLAUDE AGENT THAT TURNS ANY LISTING INTO A SELLABLE VIDEO ON ITS OWN Playbook: connect Claude to a video generator, paste a listing, get a cinematic tour of every room, sell it to the agent But typing the prompt for every listing doesn't scale. He turned it into a skill his Claude runs on its own Here's how to build the automated version: 1. Connect the video engine once. In Claude, go to Customize, Connectors, Add Custom Connector, name it Higgsfield, and paste the server URL from higgsfield. ai/mcp. Authenticate through your account. No API keys. Now Claude can generate video straight from chat 2. Turn the workflow into a skill. Instead of pasting the same prompt every time, have Claude build a skill. Tell it: "Create a skill called listing-to-video. When I give it a listing URL, scrape the room photos, generate a cinematic clip of each room with Higgsfield, and save them to a folder." Now the whole process is one command, not a wall of text 3. Let the agent run the listing. Hand it a URL and say "run listing-to-video on this." It pulls the photos, fires each room through the video model, and brings the clips back. You wrote the prompt once, inside the skill. You never write it again 4. Stitch and deliver. Drop the clips together into one tour. Send a free sample to the listing's agent, then charge per video or a monthly rate for ongoing listings 5. Scale it with your team. Add a skill that drafts the outreach email and one that builds a simple landing page for the agent. Now one operator runs sourcing, production, and pitching from a single Claude session The edge isn't generating one video. It's building the skill once so every future listing runs itself Bookmark this
