Old cartoons were something else 😅

Hand drawn......no computer or AI Any "mistake" in hand drawn is perfection in my eyes.....true talent!!

I’m here for the comeback. I’m still mesmerized.

They were marvelous -- the hand animation was something spectacular.

And this is were Donald Duck made a debut

I see a lot of corn-made products on that table. I'd say it's an inside joke, haha, since most chicken feed is made from corn. lol.

lol, everything's corn

love the colors and line work... so well done.

Old cartoons respected attention spans. New ones are optimized for it. Thats the big difference

you unlocked a core memory dude

Because they were drawn by humans and no technology involved!

One of my first jobs was cell painter in an animation studio. Also lined up each sheet and photographed at either 12 or 24 photos per second to get the movement. Fun work for a 16 year old in 1977.

Good old times and memories🥲

Handmade beauty 😘🎈

Corn bread corn muffins corn on the cob and I’m assuming the soup is corn chowder?

I still watch them

Using a nasty broom bristle to check the corn muffins is exactly why you don't eat at other peoples house.

This one sits in my core memories..

I thought first it’s vecna..

Fun fact: this cartoon was Donald duck’s very first appearance

@grok cartoon name

I remember that Donald’s lazy ass did not wanna help her to harvest the food faking that he was sick 🤒

This unlocked a core memory like a sleeper agent. That cornbread always looked so delicious to little me. 🥹

My Opa and my dad never ate corn, they both said it was "fodder"......

They had life and personality
