I have a disabled neighbor like this. Any time of the night or day he's watching the street. He's very friendly but he knows the dirt on everybody 😂

My Grandmother was the same way. She used to sit with her door open just so she could see and hear what was going on with others who lived around her. She used to crack me up. RIP🤣
