Lidstrom and Vladdy would’ve been BY FAR the greatest D pair of all time. What a tragedy that was, a big loss for a whole generation of hockey fans.

I say 90-00’s hockey was the culmination of strength , speed , talent , and the most violent best hockey in history . Tons of brutality mixed with some of the greatest players to ever do it . I miss it SO much . They were some rough years for my Bruins but the league was special

That was the game at its best… The watered down version we have now pales in comparison
