“This recording is still hard for me to listen to. I had really bad tonsillitis when recording this. This recording is the demo. And we couldn’t recreate the magic. I was sick but I was in the eye of the storm in my heartbreak during this record. It was me, daydreaming about telling the man I loved that I had been in love with him for so long. This song gave me the confidence to actually face him.”

BNXN live IG Asake reached out to me for a collaboration. I’ll be honest I was never a fan of his sound, and I considered turning it down. But I chose to try it anyway, because the idea of working with Asake was something I never saw coming. And I say this respectfully: he was never on my list of working with. The song was intended for his latest album, _M$ney .We had to hold off because his part on the album was already finalized. What surprised me most is Asake himself. I had perceived him as stern, but working with him showed me a completely different side — he’s genuinely cool. We’ve now completed the music video, and I have a strong feeling this record is gonna be a hit.

Loved my time with the Marvel Tōkon beta! I literally spent the entire time in the lab figuring the game out to see who i really like! Magnus and Black Panther are the two who mix with my style the most! Considering blade for his back assist since it has amazing synergy with Shuri/Magnus! Will figure out who i wanna pick for a full squad once the game officially drops but Mag/BP will be my bread and butter! The one thing I want tweaked a bit for me personally is for the assist to be more responsive in Combos/Offense. It feels like you just can't call assist at will in certain strings...you would have to confirm your hit/block for the assist to properly come out. Besides that...Tokon is MAD FUN and I cant wait to play on the full version with my stream chat and my friends! This is the last thing I found with BP before I had to board on my flight to paris!
