I'm surprised the discourse about him is so negative today. I thought he looked really good here. Besides the fumble and a couple missed cutbacks. Still looks really good though.

He’s very explosive and physical. I’d expect a good offensive mind like McDaniels to get him involved on the air, since the o line is terrible at blocking. Hopefully they get their shit together, I can see Hampton being a fantastic back, just needs to take care of the ball.

Terrible blocking. I don’t know why people keep blaming Hampton. The majority of these runs he is contacted quick.

When theres a hole he hits it. He has chances to avoid contact but seems to want to run guys over. One run i saw where he shouldve bounced it outside. Looks like a workhorse caliber rb to me

1. Dean is beast on the raiders. 2 they really need to stop the outside runs the guards can’t make it. 3 he’s hard to tackle but hard to do anything when met at the line with closed gaps

The thing that truly stands out is Kimani Vidal is a horrific lead blocker. Not sure why he is used in that role but I believe he whiffed on 5 of the first 7 plays.
