I think the only way to fix omen ult is he should be able to shoot his gun while ulting so it turns into a 1 hp stationary Phoenix ult :) (let’s bring back haven)

omen ult rework: allow movement in ult basically making him a shootable yoru ult, he can cancel the ult at anytime before the duration is up and it’s also canceled if he takes >1hp of damage
