Yes, he’s registered, he was only 15 yrs old when he was wrongfully accused by a 16 year old girl, It has been proven he did not commit any crime causes she retracted 3 times in court twice verbally once in writing. He withdrew his plea of attempted rape. DA refused to drop the case. 16 year old girl now an adult was on video in 2018 stating he didn’t do it.
