Her place is gorgeous!!! The staircase is divine!! She is down to earth. Lovely all around.

6 levels with lots of additional bonus rooms plus all this spacious living in very close quarters where you get lots of house in a tiny neighborhood. I would love to buy their place or something very similar. 🤯 ***I used to work in the mortgage bu$ine$$.

Nothing personal and unpopular take …. NYC has a space problem, a big one and nothing is going to physically change this. I would like to see going forward a limit on square feet permitted for Urban living mainly in NYC. Everyone who has multiple level homes and apartments also have a Mansion somewhere else . The city needs to start getting creative and thinking of the future
