I have friends who do "retirement jobs" at both Home Depot and Lowes, and they say theft is a DAILY event in their stores. I've also witnessed theft in Hobby Lobby, Kohls, Walmart and some small shops. Its not hard to see if you are paying attention at all. It needs prosecution.
