Having worked in the film industry for 15 years, I dont think most people understand what all goes into making a Hollywood film. The actual filming is just one part of it. No, I don't think it's over for Hollywood IMO

The CapCut Video Studio thing is real. What used to take weeks - script, storyboard, characters, editing - is now one app. For Hollywood studios, that's disruptive. For creators who couldn't afford teams? That's freedom. Technology always does this. Doesn't make the old way disappear, just changes who gets to play. Curious how the industry adapts vs resists.

This is really nice work by Cap Cut. It’s a beautiful piece of software. You should also check out @openstory_so which I put out last week. It’s not quite there yet on features, but it’s getting there - rapidly. Plus it’s totally open.
