Where was the flight attendant who was supposed to resolve the problem? This is clearly staged. Most of the time, people on flights are very polite and work with each other. Humorous video
1st that's not a plane, but a scenary. 2nd they are actors playing a role. 3rd in a normal flight cabin crew would not allow this to escalate. 4th backpacks and handbags below the seat, carry on in overhead compartment. Period.

the guy in red shirt is 100% correct. this a-holes who board first with their carry-on and personal bags stick both into overhead compartment instead of placing personal bag under the seat and then the people sitting at end don't have any overhead storage for their carry-on.
Compartment belongs to guy in back. Not that hard. And I would have wanted my duffel under my seat anyway. Lack of knowledge and etiquette on younger guys side.
