Imagine struggling to earn money to take care of your goiter only to get HIV in the end. Brooo!

She can get help on this, I have a friend who runs a non-profit that offers free Goiter surgery for those with it. I would like to connect her to him and let's hope for the best for her. I will also advise she put an end to the hookup thing, Good doesn't come out of evil.
