That is why it is called inhibitor. Drive in UK and over speed, you will get your letter in your mail box. Nobody will be using gun to run after you. Speed cameras are there, signposts are there to warn you ahead but if you choose to go against the law you will pay the consequences. We need to use technology to police our roads and road safety will improve greatly.
