Why are Nigerian developers using an individual who doesn't know real estate to sell their property. All I heard was, "You will love it." Why I need to love it, I barely knew. I didn't hear about the design type, design style, the materials used, and the water in the kitchen wasn't running. I saw multiple potluck lights, design ceramic style, and wall lights. That's not luxury. The pool design looks nice, but the bar in the master bedroom is not okay and should have been done in the pool. The building has no theme. I think property developers in Nigeria need to study building design. Multiple lighting and ceramics and glass are not luxury living. The property is not worth N690 million.
